The new bay includes new shelving and storage at each end.

The old bricks were framed over for a new decorative plaster finish.

Custom Steel Beam

Raised up into place very carefully.

New Ceiling Framing

With the new hip beams fastened to their steel apex, the rafters are attached - this will carry the new wood ceiling.

Living Room - before.

Previously, the old flat ceiling topped out at 8'-3". The cabinets at the far end were completely rebuilt for the new A/V system and new art lighting.

The 10'6" apex, along with the new bay, gives the room new space and life.

Structure is Beautiful
