New Stairs

A dingy 3/4 bath gave way to light-filled stars to the new second floor. Niches were included for more of the Owners' art collection. A new bath now serves the revised first floor guest quarters.

Steel reinforced pier

Hillside properties have special requirements. Along with replacing the crumbling foundation, 24" diameter pilings were added to anchor the house into bedrock 8 - 16 feet below.
